Factory visits and audits:
To select our suppliers, our qualified and experienced inspectors visit and audit factories on a regular basis. We ensure that the Chinese facilities and operations comply with the international standards such as Good Hygiene and Sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis, and Critical Control Point (HACCP), Food Safety Certification ( BRC), and Leader in reliability ( IFS).
We can also guide our suppliers on how to improve their processing facilities for our mutual benefits and security.
To ensure that the quality of the product meets our customer's requirements, our specially trained inspectors go into the factories to perform systematic pre-shipment quality controls. Therefore, we can pick up randomly and select ourselves representative samples in the warehouses.
Our inspections include the following controls: container integrity, weights, vacuum, pH, brix, freshness, appearance, odor, flavor, color, texture, piece dimensions and defects within acceptable levels.
